SHIPPING POLICY

ALL orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days.  Confirm all addresses to ensure prompt delivery of all items.  Jocose Trends is not responsible for any shipping time, loss of packages or delay in shipping. A tracking number will be emailed once items are shipped.

COVID-19 may affect shipping times and cause delays. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final on ALL items.

We strive for quality products.  Each item is inspected before it ships.  However, we realize that sometimes things happen.  

If you receive a defective item, you may exchange it, if it is in stock, or receive a store credit. You must initiate the process within seven (7) days of receipt.  You will have an additional seven (7) days for us to receive the item back.  After 14 days from the point of delivery, no exchanges or store credits shall be considered or accepted.

Email hello@jocosetrends prior to returning product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.
